From kickoff to launch in one month. Here is what happens at each stage, when we need your feedback, and how you will update your site after launch.

Phase 01 — We build the siteDays 1–14
Day 1

Kickoff

We start with a 90-minute call to understand your business, your audience, and what your website needs to do. We agree on the pages, design direction, and delivery schedule.

Days 3–6

Design direction

We show you the design on real pages, including the fonts, colors, layout, and animation. You review the direction before we build the rest of the site.

YouReview the design and send your feedback on day 6.
Days 7–12

The build

We build your pages around the approved design and add your content, images, and animation. We check how everything looks and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Day 14

Review your website

Your site is ready for review. We check the layout, accessibility, loading speed, and search settings, and set up analytics. You look through the pages and tell us what needs adjusting.

Phase 02 — We make it self‑awareDays 15–26
Days 15–22

We connect the AI

We connect the AI to your website so it can update content, change layouts, and add pages. We give it your site’s design guidelines so it can follow the same style.

Days 23–26

We add your business information

We add the business information you want the AI to use, such as your services, products, brand guidelines, and customer reviews. This helps it write and make changes with the right context.

Day 26

We test the AI

We test common requests, unclear instructions, and larger changes. We check the results and make sure you can review changes before publishing them.

Day 28

Handover — the site is yours

We walk you through your finished site and make sure you have access to the code, domain, and hosting. We give you the phone number and email address for updates, and help connect Claude or ChatGPT if you prefer. Together, we make and review your first change.

After launch

Keep your site up to date

Text or email what you want changed, or ask through your connected AI. Changes typically take 3–10 minutes. Review the result, ask for any adjustments, and tell it to publish when you are happy.
