/ The process — Self‑aware websites
Fourteen days.
Kickoff to
keys.

Every build runs to the same visible schedule. Below is the whole of it, day by day — what we do, what we need from you, and what you own when we hand it over on day 14.

Yours on day 14
/ 01 — The build

Two weeks,
on a fixed schedule.

No open‑ended discovery phase and no drifting deadline. You are asked for something on four of the fourteen days; the rest is us.

Phase 01 — We build the siteDays 1–7
Day 1

Kickoff

One call, ninety minutes. We go through what the site is for, who it is talking to, what has to be on it and what the work should feel like. You leave with a schedule and a date for handover.

YouTurn up to the call, and send over whatever brand material you already have.
Days 2–3

Direction

We design the thing that everything else inherits: type scale, grid, colour, spacing and motion. You see it as real pages rather than a moodboard, because a moodboard is not the site.

YouOne round of notes on the direction, on day 3.
Days 4–6

The build

A full custom build out of the studio — the same craft, motion and detail as everything else in our work. Nothing templated, nothing generated. Every page, every breakpoint, on real devices.

Day 7

The site is finished

Responsive across four breakpoints, an accessibility and contrast pass done, performance, metadata, sitemap and analytics wired up. At this point you already have a website you would have been happy to launch.

YouWalk the finished site and send your notes.
Phase 02 — We make it self‑awareDays 8–13
Days 8–11

We plug in the AI

A backend that can genuinely edit the site — the same edits we would make in a code editor, wired to a text message instead of a terminal. It learns your design system first, so it edits inside your own rails.

Days 12–13

We give it your context

Brand guidelines, tone of voice, imagery, product data, reviews, the docs sitting in your Drive. It knows your business before you ever message it, so the first thing you ask for lands like the tenth.

YouPoint us at the material — the folder, the sheet, the review profile.
Day 13

We try to break it

We send it the awkward briefs — the vague one, the off‑brand one, the one that needs a page that does not exist yet — and check what comes back against the design system before it is ever yours.

Phase 03 — It is yoursDay 14 → forever
Day 14

Handover — the site is yours

One session. We hand over the keys, the code, the hosting and the domain in your name, and the number you text. Then we watch you make your first change on the call, so you leave owning it and knowing it works.

YouSend the first message. Anything you like.
/ 02 — At handover

What you walk away
with on day 14.

A finished site

Custom designed and built, responsive across four breakpoints, with an accessibility pass, performance, metadata and analytics already done.

It cannot go off‑brand

We build the site first, properly, and the AI inherits it. A text message cannot produce something that looks like a text message built it.

You own all of it

Code, content, hosting and domain, in your name from day 14. No platform to be locked into and no retainer running in the background.
