Is $7,000 really all of it?

It is where a build starts: $5,000 for the website and $2,000 for the self‑aware AI. A larger scope costs more and we quote it before you commit to anything — but whatever the number turns out to be, it is paid once. There is no monthly fee, no retainer, no per‑change charge and no platform licence. The only ongoing bills are your own domain and hosting, which are set up in your name and billed to you at cost by the provider.

Do I have to pay monthly for the AI?

No. The $2,000 buys the AI layer outright as part of your site. It is not a subscription and it does not stop working if you never speak to us again. If you want us involved after handover you can hire us, but nothing about the site requires it.

How many changes do I get?

As many as you send. There is no change allowance, no ticket budget and no hourly clock. The whole point of the model is that changing your website should cost you nothing but the time it takes to write the message.

When do I pay?

Split across the fourteen days: a deposit at kickoff to put you on the schedule, and the balance at handover on day 14 once the site is live and the AI is answering you.

What if my site is bigger than that?

The fee covers the kinds of build shown on the service page — brand sites, product and SaaS sites, portfolios, case‑study sites, landing pages and small stores. A catalogue of thousands of products, a customer login, or a bespoke application is a different scope and we will quote it before you commit to anything.

I already have a website. Can you just add the AI?

The AI works because it inherits a site we built — its design system, its structure and its code are what keep the edits on‑brand. So we start by rebuilding the site properly, which is the $5,000, and then attach the AI. You keep your domain, your content and your search rankings; what changes is what sits underneath them.

What is not included?

Domain and hosting fees, paid third‑party software you choose to plug in, ad spend, and any photography or film we have to shoot rather than receive. Everything else needed to design, build, populate and hand over the site is inside the fee.

Who owns it at the end?

You do — hosting, content, code and all. We hand over the keys in a single session on day 14. There is no platform to be locked into and no retainer clock running.
