Domain and hosting are billed to you directly by your provider at cost. We set them up in your name and never mark them up.

The build is not a subscription. Once the fee is paid, the only monthly is our AI, and only if you want it — connect your own and the site keeps working and keeps editing itself for nothing.

Are sites ever more than $7000?

Pricing starts at $4,000 for the website and $3,000 for the self‑aware AI. From there it is scope: the larger and more complex the site, the more it costs. We quote the number before you commit to anything — but whatever it turns out to be, you pay half up front and half when we finish, or $3,000 up front and the rest in monthly installments over 3, 6 or 12 months.

Do I have to pay monthly for the AI?

Not if you connect your own AI. The $3,000 buys the AI layer outright as part of your site; point it at your own ChatGPT or Claude account and the monthly is $0. If you would rather we ran the AI for you, that is $50 a month and you can cancel any time. Either way there is never a per‑change fee, and the site does not stop working if you never speak to us again.

How many changes do I get?

As many as you send. There is no change allowance, no ticket budget and no hourly clock. The whole point of the model is that changing your website should cost you nothing but the time it takes to write the message.

When do I pay?

One of two ways. As a lump sum, it is half up front at kickoff and half when the site is done, at handover on day 28 — $3,500 and $3,500 on a $7,000 build. In installments, it is $3,000 up front at kickoff, then the rest in equal monthly payments over a 3, 6 or 12 month plan — on a $7,000 build, $364 a month for the remaining 11 months of a 12 month plan.

Are there any hidden fees?

The only remaining fees are hosting and your domain’s hosting. Typically companies already have these. We typically use Vercel or Railway for hosting, and those two are very inexpensive. Think $10–20 a month range.

I already have a website. Can you just add the AI?

We can consider this on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at zach@thecorner.ai, include your website, and explain what you would like to do.

What is not included?

Domain and hosting fees, paid third‑party software you choose to plug in, ad spend, and any non-AI photography or film. Everything else needed to design, build, populate and hand over the site is inside the fee.

Who owns it at the end?

You do — hosting, content, code and all. We hand over the keys in a single session on day 28. There is no platform to be locked into and no retainer clock running.
